land your refund in 3 simple steps

Ok, it looks like you’ve got a claim. Let’s get started.

1

Enter your flight details

Check whether you’re owed compensation in just 2 minutes, free of charge. Simply enter your cancelled flight and we’ll check the status.

2

Get us on the case

Our legal experts are in your corner from the start. Our immense success has resulted in compensation of more than €XX from airlines around the world.

3

Receive your compensation

If the airline refunds your ticket within 7 days, our service is completely free. Any later, and we add on a small success fee (14-28% + VAT). But only if you get your money back.

Your flight, your rights

If your flight is cancelled, you can request replacement transportation or a rebooking. If neither are available, or your appeal falls on deaf ears, the airline must then legally reimburse the ticket costs of flight.

And, in principle, they must do it within 7 days, in cash, by bank transfer, cheque or in the form of a voucher.

Did you know?

Just the ticket

Airlines will often offer refunds in the form of vouchers. But that doesn’t mean you have to accept them.

According to Article 8 of the EU Passenger Rights Regulation, you’re well within your rights to insist on a cash settlement. Giving you greater flexibility on how to spend your money, cutting ties with the airline and making sure you get the value you’re owed.

Anything out of the extraordinary

Unlike compensation, ticket refunds aren’t exempt due to extraordinary circumstances.

Despite their best efforts, as you’ve paid for a service that was not provided, airlines owe you a full refund if they cancel your flight — be it because of COVID, dodgy mechanics or an unexpected flock of birds on the runway.

Flex on your flex

Any upgrades you shelled out for are included in your flight price. So if that flight is cancelled, the airline has to reimburse every penny you spent.
